CMB Investment Account Reconciliation

Dear Customer,

According to the Capital Markets Board’s Communiqué On Principles Regarding Investment Services, Activities And Ancillary Services (No.III.37.1), it is expected that a reconciliation between customers receiving custody services and authorized custodian shall be made about the customer’s capital market instruments and cash, at least once every calendar year.

Within the scope of the reconciliation process for current year, you can submit your reconciliation by checking the assets and cash in your investment account.

In case of a disagreement, you may apply our branches and receive further information. If necessary, you can fill the Investment Account Non-Reconciliation Form which is available at our branches and submit it to the branch you applied.

If you have closed your investment account in the current year, you can submit your reconciliation preference to our Bank following the instructions above.

If you don’t want to notify your reconciliation preference or if you have not opened an investment account at our bank or if you have closed your investment account in the previous years, you are not required to take any action.
