With the upgraded service, we aim to finalize the transaction quickly at the cardholder authentication step and provide an improved customer experience, especially in mobile transactions. This enables our cardholders to carry out their online shopping activities easier and safer, which is crucial for us. I am confident that the initiatives we undertake today will become even more impactful as the global roll out of 3D Secure 2.0 progresses on the merchant side. We will continue to work to create value for our customers and make their life easier by combining our business with the cutting edge technologies.
The new standard compatible with all devices will enhance customer experience
Visa Turkey General Manager Merve Tezel quoted; “3D Secure 2.0 authentication infrastructure will enable İşbank cardholders to carry out their e-commerce transactions with enhanced security and improve the payment experience significantly.
