İşbank secures USD 560 million in DPR transaction
İşbank obtained USD 450 million and EUR 100 million funding through its diversified payment rights (DPR) program based on foreign currency remittance flows. The loan comprises six series with a final maturity of 10 years.
In her statement on the transaction, İşbank Deputy CEO Ebru Özşuca underscored the significance of future flow transactions as a vital component within the spectrum of international funding sources for Turkish banks thanks to their relatively long maturity structure and cost advantages. Stressing that so far the Bank has provided more than USD 7 billion of funds to be used for the Turkish economy via DPR transactions, Özşuca said: "We will continue to support the leading and transformative areas of the economy with the funds raised through this transaction, which once again confirmed the international trust in our Bank during our centennial anniversary."
Following this transaction, the total amount of funds provided by İşbank in 2024 under the DPR program exceeded USD 900 million.
